The beginning of March has a positive trend with all the planets still going in direct motion which will take us up to the spring equinox which takes place on Tuesday, March 19.
Then March Madness begins as the eclipse season enters the play!
In the U.S. they call the upcoming college basketball tournament March madness
However, in a different reality for us mere mortals this is good terminology for what’s going on with the planets in transit just after the equinox.
First, there will be a lunar eclipse occurring on the 25th of March.
This will be the precursor before the Solar eclipse happens two weeks later on April the 8th. I find it Interesting that in recent years, the mainstream media is hyping up eclipses. Perhaps there is a direct energy hit going to happen that day.
During an eclipse it’s best to keep a low profile. It’s recommended to stay away from public places during this time, bars especially. The moon eclipse can have a powerful effect on our emotions
The dark side of the Moon may show up!
The Sun on the other hand signifies our soul and when eclipsed, it can bring us into the dark night of the soul.
In March madness the Moon’s eclipse will also coincide with our good old friend, Mercury.
Mercury and the Moon will both conjoin the ecliptic points, Rahu, and Ketu and that spells out trouble!
Mercury will also be in its fallen sign of Pisces which will add to mix-ups and misunderstandings.
Our nervous system will be triggered! Valium anybody?
The Moon’s eclipse will trigger some type of March madness for the world which will escalate when the solar eclipse takes place in April.
What occurred six months ago when the last eclipses happened?
it was the terrible conflict that took place with Israel and Palestine.
There was a volcanic eruption in Iceland which is getting ready to blow again.
Need we say more.
Take a good look to see what underlying situation could have been around you during the last six months, even if it’s subtle.
When the last eclipses took place in Mid to the end of October 2023 a certain storyline or situation may have occurred even if it was just a trip away to another country..
There could also be an aftermath affect which has carried on until now...or this next eclipse might flare up an old situation that you thought was over and done with.
Were you thinking of moving or changing jobs?
Did any health issues occur or perhaps there were challenges in a relationship.
How about plans to sell a house?
Or perhaps it’s a storyline that is even deeper.
It all depends on which houses the eclipses are affecting in your chart.
The 1st house signifies your purpose, the 2nd is your family and assets, the 3rd your initiatives and younger siblings, the 4th your home, 5th is your investments and children, 6th your health, the 7th is primary marriage house, 8th troubles and inheritance, 9th spiritual inspirations and fortune, 10th your career, 11th your gains and the 12th your losses.
These are just a few general significations for each of the 12 houses as there are so many more indications which are outlined in my book, introduction to the Systems Approach Vedic astrology. I will share more information on each house during the month of march.
Getting quite close to us in March is the Jupiter Uranus conjunction which becomes exact by mid April. This is a most auspicious transit which can be about bring good fortune. The last time this transit occurred was 12 years ago in 2012. Is everyone going to be lucky and abundant? More about that in my April newsletter.
